When your SmartCue trial period concludes, account access becomes restricted. However, renewing your subscription to restore full functionality is a simple process.


Steps to Renew Your Subscription


  • **Access Your Account** - Log into your SmartCue account. You'll notice a "Purchase Plan/Upgrade Plan" button appears due to the expired trial status.

  • **Navigate to Subscription Options** - Select the "Purchase Plan/Upgrade Plan" button, which directs you to the subscription selection page.

  • **Select Your Plan** - Choose from available subscription plans that align with your requirements. SmartCue provides both monthly and annual billing options across multiple plan tiers.
