What roles are available in SmartCue and what permissions do they have?
Discover the different roles in SmartCue - Admin, Editor, Viewer, and Guest - and understand their respective permissions.
SmartCue provides different roles to suit your organizational needs: Admin, Editor, Viewer, and Guest. Each role comes with its own set of permissions:
Admin
As an Admin, you have full access to the organization. This means you can change all the settings and manage every aspect of your SmartCue usage including billing.
Editor
Editors possess the capability to edit, delete, and modify showcases. While they cannot alter organizational settings like admins, they can create and manage viewer-accessible content. Editors have the ability to invite guests and work collaboratively across all showcases.
Viewer
Viewers can view and share showcases to which they have access. They lack permissions to edit or delete showcases, making this role suitable for users requiring access and sharing capabilities without modification rights. Viewers can collaborate through comments on all showcases.
Guest
Guests can only preview and comment on specific showcases to which they are invited.
